In most cases victims are helpless there, for many reasons as in foreign land. A record-breaking number (86.37%) of students came out successful at the SSC and equivalent exam this year. Achievers of GPA-5 also increased markedly this year. The Education Minister has rightly said ‘The record-breaking pass rating is an outcome of creative exam system and special caring incentives of the government’. Recent months have seen a resurgence of interest in Interim/Caretaker government for reasons well-known. But are these understandable and more to the point, are these acceptable? The only argument proffered in this regard is that the incumbent government cannot be trusted to be neutral and to ensure free and fair elections. The conundrum here is mind -blowing as this would be the precise position of one or the other major political party come the next election season. Have anybody ever seen an animal to do something to indicate ‘the animals endeavour to remember its ancestor?’ In the animal world parents or better ‘pairs’ are seen as instrument for breeding. Even though initiated exactly with ‘animal-like culture’, men later deviated and developed a very different type of culture. The human culture differs from that of the animals in numerous aspects.
