The world is moving forward, the choice and expectation of mass is now being also changing with keeping pace with that speed. Valuation of living is increasing day by day, but with regards to this the standard of living has not being upgraded to that stage. Rich are becoming richer, poor are poorer. Poor are becoming desperate to earn their living, whenever the rich are dominating the poor to get their objectives.

Even though, the poor are getting involved into destructive jobs which would lead to criminal activity. On the other hand, rich people involve themselves into variety of businesses which is either legal or illegal. But both this category of people correlates in some perspectives namely, the attraction towards money and the addiction of drugs.

These days drugs have been spread in every single area of the country. Also the way of taking has been modified and developed surprisingly. Drug is now very easy to collect and can be found in every corner of any city. Age starts from 6 to above 50 taking the glimpse of drugs. Poor to rich, younger to eldest are being attracted by drugs.

The tested of drugs has not only stacked into marijuana, brown sugar, fencidil, it has extended to yaba, even in the tail of a reptile. This attraction not only struck upon the poor it has enhancing its network towards the rich and intellectual sectors of the country.

Once upon a time if one is being asked about drugs only two or three varieties of drugs were familiar but now the divination has been much more elaborated. In one stage only some street people can be found taking drugs but the devastation drugs has now gone through a long way among the general people.

The government of Bangladesh and the law enforcement authority have tried their best and formed so many laws to bar the extensive use of drugs. But a matter to be regret that in Bangladesh many laws has been implemented for various reasons but none of them were effective or less than of proper use. Even the recent law to bar people from smoke in public has ended up to a null.

In this situation, how the destruction of drugs can be barred is the question of the guardians! Whenever the illegal trafficking of drugs cannot be stopped it is questionable what step can be taken to restrict the use of drugs. No step to restrict the use of drugs are becoming effective, even any harsh rule might not solve the problem since this problem has been enhanced its poisonous wing everywhere, which might worsen the situation and anarchism might spread everywhere.

So we should gather and make everyone united to organise a protest against this social terror. Together we should arrange a social awareness to overcome this hazardous problem, though much initiative such as concerts namely ‘No to drugs’ social awareness has been ended up with a big null and became another place of entertainment. So not only the social awareness will lessen the huge dedication towards drugs a general counseling should commenced to motivate those who are being attracted towards drugs and being used to with drugs.
